1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups coconut creme
2 tbsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
pinch of salt
Whisk #CrushedTonic, cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut creme in a saucepan on low heat until smooth. Cook and stir on low for two minutes until low boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Cover, chill and set (preferably overnight) for thicker pudding. Top with nuts, granola or fruit as desired and enjoy!
