Keto Collagen Dalgona Coffee


  • 2 tbsp CT coffee tubbie
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 cup your favorite milt
  • + ice cubes (optional)


  1. Combine equal parts coffee tubbie, monk fruit, and boiling water in a small bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the coffee until thick and frothy, around 1-2 minutes.
  3. This step may take longer if you're using a whisk; we recommend our electronic CT frother for this!
  4. Pour your favorite milk(we're using oat milk) into a 12oz cup. Scoop the whipped coffee over the milk.
