Tropical Turmeric Collagen Smoothie

This recipe tastes great with whatever favorite fruit you have in the fridge. Sometimes we add cantaloupe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Turmeric Crush
  • ¾ cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ inch piece of ginger
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Grand cinnamon, honey to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the Turmeric Crush, mango, ginger, coconut milk, orange juice, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Add ground cinnamon or honey if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth.
