Methodology

52 Japanese female respondents between the ages of 20 and 60 years old had to choose between "Agree," "Disagree," and "No Opinion" about 3 factors over the course of 4 weeks.

Hypothesis

2 weeks of daily collagen ingestion counteracts skin aging and improves skin firmness, hydration and brightness.

CONCLUSIONS

Participants who ingested collagen saw improvements to wrinkles, skin elasticity, as well as hydration and overall firmness.
