Review: Rumble Workout

I missed dancing at the clubs; I am not the one to go out every weekend but when I do, I love dancing and I love upbeat club music. 

At Rumble you can get that feeling because they play really fun, bouncy music-- perfect for dancing!

As for the workout itself, it's a great way to relieve stress and tension. I'm not so sure how much the boxing part helps "shape" my body, the way pilates would; but again, it's more for that adrenaline release for me.

When we are doing weights and toning on the floor, I sometimes can get a bit too tired to keep up.
