This is what I’ve noticed from drinking the Anti Heart Break pills! Ps: I tend to get anxious and it’s rlly hard for me to fall asleep sometimes.
I also have anxious attachment style which rn I’m dating an avoidant and it’s rlly hard to function if he’s acting weird iykyk
I usually take this if I’m spiraling over work or even my partner. But also to sleep better and wake up with good energy.
I take the suggested dose 2pills before sleep and 1 pill if I’m overtly anxious for no reason during the day.
It takes effect 30-1hr for me and I feel so zen and calm. It’s like the noise in my head is gone, during the day I won’t feel sleepy, but less jittery and fidgety.
At night it helps me calm myself down to sleep and wake up without alarm at decent hour. If with alarm I won’t get cranky.
I’ve been taking it religiously for couple of days, and loving them ❤️ I always keep 1-2 pills on my med box to carry around
I have only had my first dose and I mixed it with a 1/4 cup of milk for some additional protein. I love the flavor. It's not too sweet, it's caramel-y and nutty. I love it.
I was introduced to Sally's collagen shortly after she launched Crushed Tonic in 2018 with only like 4 flavors of matcha, original, tumeric, and unflavored I believe. All marine and no bovine. It was more affordable back then depending on whether you got the individual satchets or the tubes. There were also more generous holiday specials/discounts which enabled me to buy in bulk and use religiously with awesome undeniable results. I see that the owner/founder has expanded the variety in flavors and ventured into other related products, all geared towards a healthy skin, hair, and even heart, which is highly commendable, especially given the fact that her products truly work. That's why I'm back again after a hiatus.
Hello.. I've been using Crushed tonic for at least a couple years..but only on and off..I try to use products less frequent since I'm really not able to afford..but I have really enjoyed..even now still like these assorted packets..I used to try to purchase the coffee flavor tubs..but it became out of reach for me..yet really enjoy the different flavor(s)..Ordered on 12/23/24 and this arrived later that Another order I placed for chocolate milk..These packets arrived on1/2/25..really not too bad.. I've realized it does take some time..but very happy with my purchase (s).. Just not sure of the actual benefits..Since I don't take this everyday..more like every other day ..as well a partial teaspoon..I suppose when able to take products correctly is when in time you see results.. hopefully..lol..I hope others are actually enjoying and seeing benefits from having use of products from Crushed Tonic..There is one thing I noticed my hair is soft ..unlike the dry and frizz flyaways .but I use other products from elsewhere..To be honest..but taking this really could have helped as well...Anyway..enjoy folks..Thanks again..
I’m a pretty loyal “Watermelon Juice” buyer but this flavor? Delicious. My mom is extremely picky and I’ve sold her on taking collagen daily with this flavor.
The flavor is spot on! I love banana milk and this is a healthy way to drink it. I even add it to coffee for a banana latte. Be sure to follow instructions to mix properly!

Vanilla Bean Bovine Collagen Tastes great!
I have tried dozens of types/brands of collagen. Pill, liquid, powder. This is hands down the best. It dissolves in warm water with just a slight stir. Completely dissolves. Best tasting collagen.....no animal taste, no gross burps. Best stuff ever. Curious to try the other flavors, but the lack of animal taste and complete solubility even tempt me to try the flavorless.
I really love all the crushed tonic marine collagen. Omg can I just say I absolutely love this flavor! I’ve always hated strawberry milk so I was very hesitant to try this one but I went out on a limb and ordered during Black Friday sale. And wow!!! It’s by far the best flavor I’ve had!! I’ve tried lots of different collagens from powders to liquid to gummies. And this is the first product that doesn’t taste like collagen (fishy) and isn’t gritty! Love!
