Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding
- 1CT Original Crush
- 2 tbsp monk fruit
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of your favorite milk
- Add Original Crush, cocoa powder and monk fruit to a mason jar.
- Close a lid and shake well to remove any lumps.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the mason jar.
- Close the lid and shake to combine.
- Add the chia seeds to the jar and shake again.
- Once the mixture is well combined, transfer the jar to the fridge.
- Serve the chocolate chia pudding in your favorite jars, with coconut yogurt and seasonal fruit, enjoy!
