Chocolate Truffles with Crushed Tonic Original Crushes

1 original #CrushedTonic (each packet has 10g of protein, so add more crushes for more protein)
1 cus of rolled oats (GF)
2 cups of dates
2 cups of filtered water
1 cup of raw cacao powder (not cocoa)
2 cups of stevia sweetened or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of sea salt and 1 cup of coconut flakes (optional)

In a big bowl, soak the dates in water for at least 10 minutes.

Squeeze out the water in the dates with hands.

Move the soaked dates into a food processor, and mix until dates are chopped finely and evenly.

Mix in chocolate chips.

Mix in oats.

Mix in collagen.

Cover a separate tray with aluminum foil.

Then, roll a handful of collagen, date, chocolate and oats mix into a ball. 

Add chocolate chips to a double boiler, and stir until chocolate begins to melt.

Roll the balls into the molten chocolate until the entire surface is covered.
Sprinkle sea salt and coconut flakes on top (optional).
Move balls to the aluminum covered tray, leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
