This mint chocolate chip shake has 0 sugar, yet is still sweet and decadent tasting, as the original crush comes with a serving of lucuma, a Peruvian superfruit that packs a sweet punch without the calories or the sugar.
1 original #CrushedTonic
1 to 2 tablespoons raw cacao
6 to 8 fresh mint leaves* or 2 drops of peppermint oil
1 to 2 tablespoons Lily’s stevia chocolate chips (these chocolate chips have 0 sugar, yet still taste amazing!)
1/2 cup ice
1 frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk
Blend all together, and add the almond milk as you go. Add more almond milk or water, based on desired consistency.
