Smoothie Bowls

A healthy breakfast that could help us lose weight! Let’s try our smoothie crush bowls.


Ingredients:

  • Original Crush
  • 2 c. frozen raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ c. nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ c. low fat milk
  • Granola, for serving
  • Toasted coconut flakes, for serving

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree the raspberries, Original Crush, bananas, yogurt, chia seeds and milk until smooth
  2. Divide between bowls and top with granola and toasted coconut, if desired
