Turmeric Butternut Squash Soup with Crushed Tonic Turmeric

1 turmeric #CrushedTonic
1 large butternut squash (peeled, seeded, cubed)
1 celery stalk (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
3 cups chicken stock
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp fresh sage (chopped)

Put oil, garlic, onion in large pot over medium heat and sauté 3-4 mins. Add squash, celery, chicken stock, #CrushedTonic, sage, salt, pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 mins or until squash is tender. Blend or puree until desired consistency (Less time for some chunks). Return to pot and garnish with extra sage if desired!
