For hot latte
1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Banana Milk
6–8 oz hot milk of choice (or hot water + a splash of milk)

Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or a date, plus a pinch of cinnamon and sea salt

Hot: Pour in 6–8 oz hot milk (or hot water + splash of milk). Stir well.
Iced: Add ice to a glass, pour in ½ cup cold milk or water, then the concentrate. Stir gently.
Banana-bread moment
Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and the lightest pinch of sea salt. Sip immediately.
Banana bread flavor, zero fuss: cozy banana, vanilla, and matcha in one easy blend.
Collagen you’ll actually drink: hydrolyzed peptides for smooth mixing and daily glow.
Beauty benefits: a 5 g daily dose supports hydrated, elastic skin, and stronger hair and nails.
Dairy-free friendly: perfect with almond, oat, soy, or coconut milk.
Pumpkin-spice season: add ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Protein boost: blend in 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt or a splash of espresso.
Naturally sweet: blend the concentrate with one pitted date for richness.
Always whisk powders with a tablespoon or two of hot water first to prevent clumps.
For extra foam, use a handheld frother for 10–15 seconds.
For iced versions, chill your milk first so the ice doesn’t water it down.
Does heating destroy collagen?
No — collagen is heat stable at typical latte temperatures.
Can I drink this daily?
Yes! Consistency matters — most people aim for around 5 g collagen per day.
Is it sweet?
Lightly. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup, honey, or dates as you like.
Can I make it vegan?
Collagen isn’t vegan, but you can enjoy the same flavor using plant milk and skipping the collagen, or use our dairy-free Crushed Tonic Pure Marine Collagen or Crushed Tonic Pure Bovine Collagen if you include it.
