Sea Salt Caramel Smoothie with Original Crush


We love this almost ice cream-like smoothie and eat it religiously. With such little caloric content, think of it as your new favorite guilt-free dessert!


½ cup of coconut water
½ cup of almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 original crush


Blend altogether until you achieve a consistency that's less of a smoothie and more of a bowl. The frozen banana keeps to almost an ice-cream like consistency.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of stevia-sweetened chocolate chips on top.
